The customer's remit was Mexican and BBQ...which allowed us to go all out in terms of flavour!

There may be signs of sun in the sky but it was still warming curry being served at Old Glossop Cricket Club last week.

A chicken biryani base with a choice of tikka masala, Balti or jalfrezi sauce as preferred the loaded with spicy onions, raita, mango chutney and coriander with a wedge of naan bread.

Buffets don’t need to be chicken legs and pork pie (but they can be if you want them to be)

It's coming into BBQ season (fingers crossed 🙏) but it doesn't have to mean frozen burgers and chicken drumsticks.

Here's something we did last weekend:

Brisket, stuffed and rolled with Chimmichuri, and then slow smoked for 6 hours over Oak.

Sliced and placed in soft rolls with a dollop of our Russian style potato salad.

Just because you need a buffet, doesn’t mean it needs to be dull. This grazing table is a combination of our sandwich buffet and Ploughmans platter - cheeses, cold meats & pates. 🥯🧀🍇

🐓Winner Winner, Chicken Wings for Dinner!🐓

Both of this weekend’s bookings opted for, amongst other things, our chicken wing platters - seasoned with our homemade rub, part cooked in the oven and then fried for the perfect balance of crispy skin and juicy meat before being smothered in a range of sauces.

Wings & beer - up there with Salt & Vinegar, Ant & Dec and Batman & Robin in terms of perfect combos.

🍔 Our burger bar proved a great hit at last weekend’s birthday party. We thought we had seen it all but some of the topping combinations blew us away!

Who would have thought that onion rings and pickled beetroot would work so well together on a seasoned lamb patty! 🤤🤤

We had the pleasure of providing these Magical Mezze Boards for an event last weekend.

Cured meats, falafel, pitta, olives, tzatziki, hummus....what's not to love! They went perfectly with the informal theme and certainly got the guests interacting with each other.

Which was exactly what the bride was after when she contacted us.
