Creating newly built houses into show homes. Second post for this finished job in Malvern. Herringbone LVT throughout the majority of the down stairs. Change of direction for the utility and WC laid straight. .uk CL used first for the latex. Coir matting supplied & recessed into the latex, trimmed off with matwell in brass.

Primo Ultra Nougat 🧶

1/2 post for this stunning new build home completed by the team. Started with upstairs on day 1/3 new grippers & door bars supplied installed. 9mm desire used for a long lasting dense underlay. Followed by Primo Ultra ideal for heavy domestic homes or medium commercial, made from 100% polypropylene.

Vinyls laid in bathroom & en suite, 6mm fitted before knight tile Pale Limed Oak.

Wood FX PUR Eton Oak Parquet 🪵

Recent dental practice completed by the team, Sunday shift to prevent closure saving the client money. Uplift of domestic vinyl that was wrongly picked by another contractor. Floor patched and commercial vinyl supplied and installed all in a days work.

Tortora Breccia Marble 🇮🇹

Finished this stunning kitchen/dining extension a couple weeks ago. Marble inspired with Italian breccia effect on these large LVT tiles. Enjoyed this project over a few days, laitance grinded off firstly followed with .uk MVS DPM. Topped with CL, all stuck with F48 !

Textures Sycamore Herringbone 🪵

Another LVT job completed recently by the team, grip primer added to quarry tiles then Ardex CL. Couple of coats of latex and DPM installed in the extension to match the existing floor. Followed by herringbone LVT by textures, really impressed with this product considering the price compared to the big names !

Phase 5 completed at this care home recently. .uk CL & P51 used for the latex. Dan floor equinox Mushroom for the corridors and bedrooms, stuck with F3. wood Worn oak used in the dining and kitchen. safetread universal Shale used for bathrooms and toilets. All vinyls stick with F44.

Project completed by the team in a week, look forward to the next project along side the builders !

Nørdikka - Honey Oak 🍯

Kitchen & hallway completed for returning customers of ours. We had the pleasure of trailing out a new latex for . 1400 Flow to compete with the likes of CL, we can honestly say we were very impressed with the product & looking forward to it being released on the market.

Followed with Nørdikka herringbone glue down LVT. Our customers opted for a single plank boarder with a darker wood feature strip to finish it off nicely.

Commercial unit recently floored by the team. .uk CL used for the prep work paired with P51.
Followed with Polysafe Standard in Ash Grey flat lay.
Polysafe quick lay Monsoon used in two areas due painted floor and being a busy area, it was completed in a morning. Matrix Tile 2 used for the entrance matting customer opted for tiles due to being able to change any that get damaged easily. Whole project completed in three days !

Textures - Honey Oak 🍯

Hallway & kitchen dinner completed by the team recently. Unfortunately for our customers they had to replace two year old herringbone click laid by a kitchen fitter due to no prep work before fitting.

We had to build the floor up 9mm to cover the gap in skirtings and kitchen due to being fitted on top of the click vinyl planks. 9mm flooring ply was templated in to the hallway and section in kitchen, followed with renovation laid for the latex on the concrete areas. But not before grinding down the black jack on the old concrete.

Finally we used Textures LVT laid straight throughout to finish this lovely house off.
