University of Gloucestershire Hockey
Hockey is a Focus sport of the University of Gloucestershire. The Men's side currently have two teams competing in the BUCS Western leagues.
Not only does the University concentrate on a competitive University Hockey, it places emphasis on hockey in the community as well. University of Gloucestershire Hockey features both Men's and Women's clubs and supports them both at an equal level. The 2013/14 season was a successful one for both teams with the 1st team winning the league and gaining promotion into the Western 2A remaining undefea

This Wednesday matches start again the women's 3s are away . The women's 1s and 2s are playing against each other ,who will win ? The Men are still training hard ready for there matches to start again next week !!
We would like to say a massive well done to one of scholar umpire , Tom Martin who passed his level 2 in umpire award in hockey at the weekend !!
