Yesterday was a busy day. To start I did a lady in Hucclecote a perm and cut and blow dry which usually takes around 2.5 hours, as she has strong hair, but today I finished a fraction earlier. After lunch and dog walk, I did another lady in Hucclecote a clipper dry cut. Then over to Tuffley where I did a full head highlights with colour and cut and blow dry on an elderly client. All went well, slight change with her usual hair cut, kept a fraction longer so she could dry it a couple of ways.
Yesterday was a quieter day than was expecting. Did a dry cut in linden to start with. Then over to Brockworth where I did a family of 4, the dad and eldest of 2 boys whose 5 both had clipper dry cuts. Today I did a new client first thing, an elderly lady who had a restyle cut, perm and set. After a quick lunch, a client came and had a green tea facial, and a dry cut. I then had to wait half hour, before travelling to my next client over in Cheltenham, to do her roots.
Did another wedding this morning over in Amberley in stroud. I did 3 ladies hair. 1 had very long thick hair, I did her a wavy blow dry. The other 2 had put ups. 1 had medium length thick hair, I did her a smooth French pleat with some curly tendrils out around the face. The other lady had short bobbed hair, I curled it and twisted the hair and pinned it so half up/down do. Didn't get to take photos, but have adjed if they can send some to me. So will post if I get any.
Was up early as had to do 2 ladies hair and make-up who were staying at The Stump Inn in Fosse way. They had travelled from Warwick yesterday, as it was the lady who has brown hair, daughter getting married.

Yesterday I did a new client first of all, she had 100% grey hair, mix of light and dark, she wanted some highlights not yellowy more whiter if possible. I'd done a few different patch tests last week, and strand tests, eventually we decided on using charcolite bleach with 9%, and kadus permanent colour 10/0 +10/1 +10/8 and 9% peroxide. She was happy with the results, used a diffuser to dry her hair.

This morning I travelled out to Clearwell in the Forest of Dean to the Wyndham where I did the hair and make-up for a lovely lady I've been in contact with, for a few months who came over from Ireland for a wedding at Clearwell Castle this afternoon. She doesn't wear hardly any make-up normally so I did more of a natural look, with more emphasis on the eyes, the colours I chose complimented her colouring and the dark cerise pink of her dress with gold accompaniments. She wanted a blow dry to give more body to it.
This morning I started with a weekly lady's hair, doing a blow dry in Hucclecote. I then travelled over to Cheltenham springbank area, where I did a blow dry for a client, as she was going to her Grandsons wedding. Then onto Coopers Edge where I did a young boy's clipper dry cut. I then went to Abbeydale where I did a gents clipper dry cut. All were regular clients apart from the lady who had a put up, but I've been texting with her for some time, as she found me for her parents hair.

Yesterday morning I did another wedding, this time I went to Cat's Abbey in Sherbourne, a lovely self catering barn, that can sleep up to 38 people, there were 31 staying. I did the hair for the brides mum, and the hair and make-up for the mum of the groom. The mum of the bride I did a blow dry, then put some curls through her hair. Mum of groom had long hair, so I curled and put it into a messy bun, with a bouffant on the top of her hair, and a couple of loose curls either side of face. Also a natural looking make-up. The lighting wasn't great, but I've added them anyway. Only got to take pictures of the grooms mum.
Yesterday I did a lady's hair and make-up in Matson, for her sons wedding. Unfortunately I haven't any photos, but she was a 60 year old lady very fine hair, I did her a half up/down curly style, and natural looking make-up but with emphasis on the eyes, as she wears glasses
