Did a run this morning, felt ĥard as not done anything for a few weeks, some steep uphill bits. Nice to see Helen Hatton on my travels, so had a catch up, and a breather. Probably will feel it tomorrow, but at least I did it.

Went for a run with v***n along oxwich Bay Beach. It was a glorious, sunny morning. We ran most of the length of the beach to where the stream meets the sea so she could have a drink before we turned round and headed back. Saw my son on my way back and handed him a package of a poo bag so he could throw it away for me so I could carry on running back to the cottage where we're staying.

First run in a long time by myself. Certainly felt it today. Handful of walks, especially uphill areas. I'm glad I got out, though.

Found it hard today, probably because of the curry and few spritzer last night with friends. Didn't get to run yesterday, so I was determined to go out today. Only did a short run, but at least I got out, instead of staying in bed, which I felt like doing.

Finished work a bit earlier today, so I decided to go for a run. It was hard work in this heat, especially going uphill. I'm glad I did it.

Just did another run on the treadmill in the gym at Gean canaria. It has a bit of air con but not cold. Happy with the distance and time. Worked off a few calories so I can now enjoy the Asian style buffet later, after I've showered.

Just used the treadmill at the hotels gym ran for full 32 minutes, last couple slowing to a walk. Then I did lots if arm workouts on the machines. Eating healthily so hopefully won't pile on the pounds whilst away on holiday.

Did the hair for a lovely lady this morning over stroud way. She was attending a friend's daughters wedding this afternoon.

Another run this morning, it felt quite a hard run, with a handful of walks. Considering it felt hard and slower, I didn't do too bad, as further than usual 5km and reasonable time.

Took v***n in the car to plock court earlier. Had a good run a couple of laps around the field. Loads of dogs there today, but none caused any trouble. Both needed a drink afterwards.

Today, I did a blow dry and make-up for a lady who came over from Ireland to go to a wedding at Clearwell Castle. She wanted more volume to her hair, and a natural make-up with emphasis on her eyes, as she normally hardly wears make-up.

Had a long dog walk this morning with hubby. Started at the pilot pub in Quedgeley, walked along the canal path to Saul junction marina, where we stopped to have a roll and drink, and bought an ice cream and a doggy one. Before going back the same way and finishing with a cooked lunch at the Pilot before coming home. Now relaxing in the summerhouse.

Yesterday I did a ladies' colour, and restyle cut and blow dry. Here are some pictures. She was a stand in at the last minute, as another lady I was due to do a cut, and cut and file her finger and toenails and put gel polish on, had to cancel as ill. I did other clients with dry and clipper cuts and a shampoo and set.

The canicross harness arrived last week, so decided to put it on v***n and we went out for a run. Certainly much better on my back, even though it did feel weird to start with as it has leg loops to go through, and the harness is low on the hips/buttocks, but it was OK after I'd run a few minutes.

Took dog to Plock court for a run this morning. It's not great when dogs off lead race over to your dog whilst running and agrivate it, having to stop and try and shoo them away.

Went out for a run without the dog, didnt feel like a long run, but it felt long enough. Ran all the way and every km I got quicker, which was good for me.

Just been on another run with the dog up to the farm, over bypass to tenpin on to sainsburys and home. Both enjoyed it. I'm in need of a shower. Dog collapsed outside the bathroom. She's tired.

Yesterday I did this your girls hair for her confirmation, I was asked to leave posting till today. Pictures show how long and thick it is, the inspiration picture, and what I did.

Went for a nice woodland walk earlier this morning with Colin Pattenden and the dog. We parked up near Cranham then walked along the cotswold way towards and past the cheese rolling hill, then turned around. Loads of people out walking, a few with dogs.

Got out and did another run this morning and got over 5k, which I hoped to do. Certainly was a warm one, but sort of enjoyed it.

Just did a long dog walk to Coopers Edge and the business park at Brockworth. She ðid really well considering moat of the walk was alongside roads. She's come a long way, didn't bother lunging at traffic.

Not long been home from another run with the dog. First 1.2km hardest as going up hill for some of it. After that much easier. Stopped after 2km so dog could drink from the stream. She was very good with the cars today.

Yay, did another 5k, and ran the whole way. Did a virtual 5k run with Adidas running app, the fastest did it in around 14 minutes, god only knows how!!!! At least I wasn't the slowest in the thousands that ran it.
