Chinese day 🇨🇳

Today the children explored the country China 🇨🇳

Our topic this month is all around the world so the first stop was China ✈️
We have learnt about the food, people, the flag and the Great Wall of China.
The chopsticks where used to pick up rice and pasta on the tuft tray🥢

The children experienced new foods today from China and loved them! They all gave Jo a 👍

Remembrance Day activities ❤️

Today we have all celebrated bonfire night. The babies, two year olds and preschool children have explored different tuft trays on bonfire night, created firework pictures, edible sparklers and spoke about how to be safe near fireworks 💥🎇🎆

A job opportunity has come up to work within our family nursery 🐝

Due to increase in numbers we require an experienced and qualified practitioner to join our nursery family of 7 fantastic, highly skilled and knowledgeable professionals. You must have the relevant qualifications and experience in working in this industry.

We are looking for a committed, enthusiastic, experienced practitioner to work with our dedicated and homely team. To provide a stimulating and safe environment for all the children to flourish and grow in. You need to be organised and a forward thinker in a fast working environment with children aged 6 weeks to 12 years old.

-Job type: part time and term time (38 weeks)
-Extra hours available to cover sickness and holidays (last minute cover may be needed and to be covered at short notice if needed)
- Day shifts - Monday to Friday (looking at work days to be Tuesday - Thursday, currently)
- working hours between 7:30am and 5-5:30pm
- No weekends

1/2 term 🎃

We have completed the first term of the Autumn term🍁🍂✨
It’s been a super busy 8 weeks and we have loved getting to know our new Bee’s and making lots more memories with everyone in nursery 🐝 seeing all your Bee’s grow in your learning is our favourite thing to do🤍
We hope you all have a lovely 1/2 term and don’t forgot to dress up in your Halloween outfits. We are having a party day on Thursday 31st October 🎃

Autumn walk this morning 🍂🍁🐝🤍

An autumn walk for some of the pre school children this morning 🐝🍂🍁🍄

On our Autumn walk we collected leaves, twigs and conkers to help with our topic work this month. We danced in the leaves and found different bugs and animals too.
We made nature bracelets which we found different natural resources and stuck them to the bracelet.

A busy September month welcoming back our term time Bee’s and welcoming new Bee’s into our nursery family 🐝❤️

Throughout the month of September all the children have been exploring and learning about themselves and their differences of one another, healthy and unhealthy foods and how to keep their teeth clean.
