The Nook and Cranny, Snaith.

Attached to the main residence on High Street, Snaith, the small building was originally Snaith’s doctors surgery (the dispensing hatch is still in situ), then it was changed into the local veterinary surgery, until we purchased the property some 6 years ago to be used as offices for Alison’s marketing business. The marketing business continued to grow and eventually the team out grew the building and so had to move to a new office but still in the local area. So what to do with the building was the question? The list was endless to be honest but we finally agreed that it would be a perfect place in the centre of Snaith for friends/family to stay when visiting the area. So here it is - The Nook and Cranny. A luxury one bedroomed cottage with parking for one car and a small private outside courtyard.
