worked for anyone else since
- I've got mad curly uncontrollable hair - my bete noire
- I love to cook, travel and read
- my happy place is the beach anytime of the year
- married at first sight and masterchef are my quilty
pleasures
- I love architecture, interiors, the colour green, antiques,
dogs, donkeys, peonies, music, sunsets, long summer days
- I hate the cold, sprouts, cleaning, putting petrol in the car!

February is very much turning out to be a limbo month. Sourcing and Prepping stock for opening in Rye in a few weeks and a refurb of our dining room (see stories) so stuff is everywhere literally everywhere. Digging deep and taking solace in the rooms that are still calm.

Finally getting round to the guest bedrooms. This one was crying out to be dark and cosy and luckily under the horrendous blue carpet the gorgeous original floor boards appeared. I did a little happy dance 💃

My little rescued bamboo chair has found it's home. One of our guest bedrooms is almost complete. Just a lampshade and more artwork required.

To me it's always been the 'blue' room as it had a hideous bright blue carpet in it so when it came to colour I just couldn't get that out of my head. This is Plume from .ellis and it's a greeny, petrol blue. We've colour drenched it so your cocooned and cosy.
