This is just a gratitude post, you may or may not be happy with this Neal Bradley but you deserve some recognition.

This is my husband at 9:40pm the other night (and every night), after being at work all day.

This is what goes on behind the scenes of all small business holders…
Work isn’t 9-5, it’s stressful days, trying to meet deadlines, losing time with your family, managing clients and trying to keep them happy, sorting finances - business and household, multi tasking, keeping staff happy, feeling responsible for company successes and failures, keeping up to date with training, admin (although I do most of that now 🙂), time management - not having enough time or having to be in 10 places at once, physically demanding and high risk challenges, overcoming sigma/conflicting demands/unmet deadlines/poor communication etc…it’s all that and much more.

Mentally and physically I don’t know how you do it but I take my hat off to you. Myself and the kids are so grateful and so, so proud of you.
You are our world and we love you ❤️
