The way people view you.

Sometimes I think about the different characters I play in everybody’s story.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I’m a terrible person in some people's narratives and a Godsend in others.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
And none of it has anything to do with the person I truly am.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The lens that others view you through is coloured by their upbringing, beliefs, and individual experiences.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Some people see your bright personality as endearing and others see it as annoying.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Some people think you’re weak and emotional and others feel safe to be themselves around you.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Some people think you’re rude and selfish and others respect the way you stand up for yourself.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Some people admire the way you take pride in the way you look and others think you’re conceited.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
And none of it has to do with who you truly are as a person.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
What you have to understand is that you have no authority over how people view you so never try to control the way others see you because the only thing that truly matters when the dust settles down at the end of the day is what you genuinely see in yourself.

Please read below. This is my new venture starting Friday's in Southfleet (time dependent on hall availability) as soon as I have enough people sign up.

I will be starting a Women's wellbeing creative arts group hopefully in June. I will have between 6 and 10 places available. Please note it is not an art lesson but will be creative and there is no need to be an accomplished artist. What I want is for this to be a kind of women's circle of trust, a place where women can get together, bond and talk to like-minded souls in a confidential space. If you think this might interest you and you would like to know more, please private message me and I will let you know more details. If places are oversubscribed I will have a waiting list. The cost will be £25.00 per session payable monthly in advance.

Truth but perhaps care too much would be more accurate for if we do not care we do not see, we do not grow and perhaps better ourselves

I am pleased to say that I received my qualification as Transpersonal Arts Counsellor recently and am looking now to be able to offer counselling therapy using creative media.
