NEW PROJECT: RBLI Centenary Village.

We are excited to start such an important project this week.

It's a privilege to be involved with a project that has so much importance to our past and future veterans.

NEW PROJECT: Treetops, Grays, Essex

Procuring a project of such importance for our local community makes this job all the worth while.

We have over 800 metres of external frames to start with on this project, plus 1500 metres of internal sealant works.

Another project completed by ourselves this week, this has been fantastic for all of us at South-East Sealants, we have carried out all internal and part external works throughout the project.

The clients for this project are Everrati and the Hilton Group, both are high quality specialist car companies. As expected the highest quality of works throughout was required.

What makes this job even more interesting is, every car they have has been or is in the process of being converted to Electric.

This has definitely been a one of a kind contract, We hope for many more in the future.

We are so pleased to announce we was offered and now have signed off on 44 new projects with the client KFC 🐔 throughout the uk next year.

We are definitely finishing the year on a high, now its time for a well deserved break.
We would like to thank all our clients old and new for continuing to use us as a company and we can not wait for the new year now.

As a very busy year is coming to an end for us, we are finishing it on a high ☕.
We was given a one off contract for Costa coffee as a trial, in the hope of obtaining more work.
We have recieved confirmation that 70 new projects throughout the UK are ours, with the first starting starting in new year.

We couldn't be happier and look forward to working with such a well known client.

We have had a very busy 6 weeks working within a number of schools over the summer holidays.

These are two of the large schools that kept us going, one in Norfolk and the other in Croydon, both external windows.

Norfolk: Resealing all windows that have been replaced throughout the school.

Croydon: We had to replace all the existing sealant throughout, which over time had started to break away and also looked tired and dirty.

New and exciting project started this week, working in one of the most recognised stores worldwide and our biggest client to date .

We are working hard throughout the nights whilst the store is closed, this project runs over 6 weeks, we are cutting out and re-sealing every glass to timber internal window frame throughout the store.

Being recommended and working on a project like this is a privilege and we would just like to thank our clients old and new for continuing to recommended us as a company.

We are pleased to announce, another two new projects confirmed and ready to start this week.

Phase 1 of our first project, is in King's Lynn consisting of 15 new build detached houses and 5 bungalows, works to be carried out internally and externally.

While our second project, is in Bury St Edmunds and has 57 apartment's which we will be working on externals and internals again.

Both are for new clients through recommendation, we look forward to starting these.

Another project completed this week carrying out internal works throughout 2 floors.
Working for Loughton Contracts, at 22 Bishopsgate for their client Apple, at their new Apple pay offices.

As our year keeps getting busier, we are pleased with this very large project coming up for us. We will be working for MACE and blu-3 at battersea power station starting at the end of May, carrying out internal and external works. As a company, being recommended and asked to carry out works on a project of this scale, shows that we are being recognised for our quality and performance. We are looking forward to this one starting and taking us well into 2022.
