Due to unexpected circumstances a project I reserved a 4 month window for has fallen through. I am usually fully booked, however this job was due to start on 10th April so I have some last minute availability.

Lovely refurb for a lovely family in Little Wakering, kitchen moved from front to rear of property and new Howdens kitchen installed, existing kitchen fitted with new stud walls to separate it from garage conversion to include a downstairs wc and utility area with new Vaillant boiler. Opening made in existing flat roof upstand built and new flat glass skylight installed and re-felted, all ground floor rooms and ceiling’s plastered, windows to front and side reconfigured and re-used

Apex glass conservatory roof removed, timber flat roof built with opening and upstand for 1000x2000mm toughened glass skylight, new fibreglass roof with all trims and anthracite topcoat, new fascia and guttering. Internally insulated with celotex pir, boarded and to plaster finish

Little Saturday job installing Georgian bar upvc French doors

Little run out to Gillingham to install this patio and pathway prior to having a conservatory built

Concrete block bund built around fertiliser tanks on a beautiful farm on Foulness Island

Spot my old van

Lovely little job at a beautiful farm on Foulness Island, returning these sash windows to their rightful Georgian look new double glazed Georgian bar units installed, bespoke designed and installed internal timber cill and surrounds, plastered and painted to finish 👌

Timber framed extension in Rochford, two walls removed to open up into garage conversion/day room, bifolds to rear new window to front, new kitchen installed and cloakroom under stairs.

Kitchen install for a wonderful client in Leigh on sea

Garage converted to garden room, with a bespoke designed and built bar for an Ex Parachute Regiment gent and finished off with 3m bi-folds and vinyl flooring

Recently completed porcelain patio edged with charcoal grey blocks, recessed drain cover, acco drainage gulley and stone grey resin pointing 😎
