Hello Tuesday!! This is the beach where we are staying in gorgeous Northumbria. We are dog walking, taking in the scenery and recharging our batteries. Thanks to our generous host for the unbelievable accommodation.

Well …. Yes I am well. Through the worst of treatment and now on to prevention. Will be taking patient ma back gradually. Thank you to all of my amazing family, friends and patients who took the time to reach out on here … you will never know how your kind words helped me in the worst of this. You are all special. Remember we are here once to make the best of it! I am! Given permission to exercise gently so I am here at my spiritual home bank at my first class back with the fabulous off for breakfast then at later. Love your life people!

Yesterday I got the chance to see this life affirming, energetic, poignant, hilarious stunning show again. I cannot recommend this enough. Cast are multitalented not just the usual West End singing and dancing. They are all multi instrumental their acting and audience engagement is off the charts. My other half who is the worlds least effusive man nudged me and said “that fella plays the trumpet too - what the hell!” Thanks to all involved what a gem you have. Thanks to you are a 🌟

Sorry for the radio silence over the last week. Studies have shown those people with pets are less stressed and fitter than those without, which is why .wo and I drove to Slovakia 🇸🇰 to the brilliant to get this wee treasure Ozzie Prince of Darkness Greenwood. We have spent the last week readjusting to 2 dogs has been the best big brother EVER. Back to normal and available for treatments at the amazing on Monday pm and Friday pm.

So….. absolutely delighted to announce our membership in Soho. We are available on Friday pm 4_8 and Saturday morning 7- 11 and 1230 to 2pm. Sessions are half an hour for regular patients and 45 mins for new patients. DM for charges. Cannot wait to start. We are right next to Foyles!!!
