Customer wanted new spot lights. After our site visit we advised that there ceiling was soggy and extremely damp as seen in pictures...

They asked if we could install them a new lowered ceiling ?
Install a new fan and ducting to roof vent.

We ended up lowering studding and reboarding inc skimming them a new ceiling.
We ended up painting and finishing this at a high standard.

Customer in Warrington called regarding RCD tripping.

After further investigation we came across this little bu**er under a floorboard that had been trapped and screwed through..

Replaced cable as it wasn't a big run.

On a farm and the s**t separators are not working including the pumps causing mayhem.

Have know fear we are here lol fault found the issue. It was a fault pump sending fault bk up stream. But not tripping the circuit breaker and relay on control unit. Now All working a very happy farmer

I don't have a before picture and a after picture but as you can see it was a nest of cables it was unsafe and a mess here is the in between picture where I had sorted them all out before installing them in to a ip box under the floor boards
