Being brave enough to come back. 🥰

I've done 6 IG posts in the last 12 months. And I've done a great job at avoiding coming back on here because I wanted the words to be something impactful, meaningful and insightful to help you understand where I've been, why I've been away and where I'm at now.

Truth be told, none of that matters + I was too focused on myself and my story to remember I'm here to serve YOU. And whilst my stories of where I've been + what I've been up to are helpful to some extent, I want to focus on my mission and purpose.

So right now, I'm being brave enough to come back and announce some fun + exciting changes. 

These include (drum roll please)...🥁

🤩Stepping out at a trained mindset coach + starting to talk solely about this. It's my passion, my members in the glow getter membership know it already and whilst I'm still loving those incredible people and working with them to help grow their brand, my communication on this channel will focus only on mindset. 🥳

🫠 That's actually it. LOL. It felt like there was more but there isn't. I guess this is the beauty of taking action rather than keeping it all in your head.

My hyper achiever personality thought it needed to be something perfect + big + outlandish. Turns out, I just needed to open my IG, write the post, post it and move on. 

So here we are! I'll be talking about mindset from now on to help ambitious women stop self sabotage to build success and sustained happiness. I really hope you'll join me on this exciting new journey because this is my passion + boy oh boy do I have some exciting things heading your way. Yippeeeee! 🥰🥳🤩

Very excited to be part of the Top 25 Personalities Moving Natural Beauty Forward in the UK for I think the 4th year running and maybe 6th or 7th in total (small hiatus for a lil' 2 year New Zealand trip).

Congrats to everyone who was mentioned in particular two of my lovely clients Joanne Hill and Julia Vearncombe as well as my great mate Lorraine Dallmeier.

Two weeks ago I returned from an incredible business coaching mastermind in Tallinn, Estonia and I'm still not over the fact I can travel again since the 'rona.

It makes me so darn happy. 

I've finished the coaching element of my course and am now onto topping up my business consultancy skills because

I’m so proud to be able to certify as a business coach before randomly calling myself one.

The skills you learn, the frameworks and mindset techniques to help clients are the most advanced I've learnt and I would never have been able to help a client like I now can with those skills. 

Investing in myself + travel are some of the best things I've ever done. I would highly recommend it. 

I'm off to Ireland in two weeks, Devon for August, potentially Portugal in Sept and the Dominican Republic in October. Wondering where to go for Nov & December! Let me know if you have any recommendations! 🤗

I'm having a little celebration today even though my pic shows me buried in my fav book of the moment.

Firstly, I've signed up to my Business Coaching Certificate with an incredible company and it's accredited by the International Coaches Federation (tres importante).

I've always wanted to do coaching for beauty brands at all levels so this will help me to coach CEO's, executive level peeps as well the start-up brands within my membership. It begins tomorrow and I cannot wait!

I launched my first workshop which is going to help you sell your first beauty product on social media in 7 days which is going to be super fun, (the price goes up tomorrow from £27 to £47 as an FYI which is a saving of 40% so get in whilst you can, link is in the bio)

AND I'm starting vlogging again! I am so excited to bring fresh new content that helps you, inspires you and is fun for you to watch. The first vlog will be out at the end of next week (keeping myself accountable here) so stay tuned!

🥳 4 Tips to help build brand awareness:

Tip #1: Social media is a SOCIAL platform which means you need to be social on it. So if someone takes the time to comment on your reel, post or story, reply to it, ask a question and if they respond then reply again. Building relationships is key if you want a successful brand. Stop being lulled by the 'automation' experts and start having unscalable conversations.

Tip #2: Testimonials and reviews will get you more sales. Full stop. So start asking everyone who has used your products for them even before launching.

Tip #3: Email is the only data that you own. Start growing your list like your biz depends on it. It does.

Tip #4: Show support to other small businesses by sharing their posts, commenting and liking on their feed and generally showing support. It's amazing the friendships and collabs that happen from doing this!

Perfectionism is a (very annoying) form of procrastination.

We are surrounded by the pressure to be perfect, appear perfect and have perfect businesses.

How boring. 😴

Instead, what if you showed up as your imperfect self, without the filters, without the perfect skin, without the perfect thing to say and just said what you felt called to?

Yes it can seem scary but why not try it anyway?!

If you make a mistake, you have learnt something today and that's way better than learning nothing by not trying at all.

So I dare you, show up in a way that's uniquely you.

Make the mistakes and celebrate them.

Because that's what makes life and business interesting. 😉
