REIKI LEVEL ONE | IN-HOUSE TRAINING

In our Level One Reiki training, CMA accredited, you will discover empowering techniques for self-healing, enabling you to play an active role in nurturing your own well-being as well as that of your family and friends.

Our in-house training sessions are structured into three sessions, each lasting two and a half hours. We've found that this approach makes it easier for participants to absorb and retain the information, compared to longer, full-day sessions.

One of the advantages of our training format is that we keep our groups small. This allows for personalised attention and ensures that each participant receives the maximum benefit from the training.

To be loved for who you truly are.
You have to be ok with people not liking you.

If you put on a facade, present just so, put your voice, your truth aside to be liked, approved of or loved.

You will never be liked for who you truly are, just the tamed, watered down version.

It can lead you to feel lonely, as if no one really knows you, and you would be right.

To be seen, heard, known and loved for who you are, you have to let go of needing everyone to like you, let go of the fear that some people won’t resonate with you.

When you hide who you are, when you put away your feelings, your truth, your ways. You send a message of rejection into the very heart of yourself. It says - who you are is not enough, who you are needs to be hidden, to be loved you need to hide the very essence of yourself.

Being you, allowing yourself voice, space and light. Let’s yourself know, that you are enough, that you are brilliant and lovable just as you are.

And, if some folk don’t resonate with your vibe, that’s totally ok. But you will become a magnet for those who do, for those who celebrate the very heart of you.

The way people view you.

Sometimes I think about the different characters I play in everybody’s story.

I’m a terrible person in some people's narratives and a Godsend in others.

And none of it has anything to do with the person I truly am.

The lens that others view you through is coloured by their upbringing, beliefs, and individual experiences.

Some people see your bright personality as endearing and others see it as annoying.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Some people think you’re weak and emotional and others feel safe to be themselves around you.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Some people think you’re rude and selfish and others respect the way you stand up for yourself.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Some people admire the way you take pride in the way you look and others think you’re conceited.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
And none of it has to do with who you truly are as a person.

What you have to understand is that you have no authority over how people view you so never try to control the way others see you because the only thing that truly matters when the dust settles down at the end of the day is what you genuinely see in yourself.
