😮‍💨 In addition to the benefits in the picture, Since I have been using infrared red heaters at Hebask, I have personally noticed a huge improvement in my asthma symptoms and management - I was one of the “shielded ones” in the 2020 situation, now I hardly use my blue inhaler, just my preventer* 😮‍💨

🥰 I also get frequent positive comments about my skin appearance too 🥰



*in no way am I suggesting infrared is a cure for asthma, merely sharing my personal experience as an anecdote to this post

😊 While I was taking care of some of you at Hebask yesterday, my youngest son and his friends were over the road playing in a school rugby match 😊

💚 Then this morning to see the caption their teacher has written “Togetherness” I’m not crying honest! 💚

💚🏉 They are such an amazing set of lads - I don’t know who’ll be more upset on School leaving day in 2024, the lads, me or Mr Martin! 🏉💚

🥰🙏🏼 Really proud of them, well done boys on having not only a winning result on the score line but winning attitudes too 🙏🏼🥰
