Rather large conifer hedge reduction today I’m sure many of you will have seen this hedge plenty of times driving past, and what a job 3 van loads of woodchip taken still no job to big

Slightly change of plan for today we got a call last night for a condemmed ash tree so we called round this to take a look and decided it was best to get it down there and then another 70ft ash tree down safely back Monday to finish ringing timber up and final clean up

Our final day yesterday working at Clayton cold club with the removal of the rotting elm we started the day before and also some line clearance to neighbouring properties bt cables

Day number 2 up at Clayton golf course, another ash tree removed and an elm tree down to a stick what an absolute sterling effort from the lads can’t thank my team enough even in the searing heat and also a thank you to the greens men for helping shifting all the timber with their tractor and trailer to help save some time and all the positive feedback from the members back tomorrow to remove the stem and a few other bits keep your eyes peeled for the rest of the work

Today we’ve started a week long job up at Clayton golf course first day and we removed this monster ash which was all lowered and rigged down to cause minimal damage to the fairway absolutely over the moon and so are the customers not much we can’t do in a day

All timber has been left site and will be for sale once all the work has been carried out it will be collection only I shall provide a contact number once we have finished

It’s been tough couple of days and the lads have certainly earned their downtime this weekend thank you for your efforts

We’ve been removing a dead beech tree in heptonstall although it’s been a hard job we’ve all enjoyed it plenty of rigging and lowering and a huge amount of timber to be moved but we got there 💪🏼🌳🪵

With bt lines and dry stone walls below the majority had to be rigged down, what a fantastic effort from the lads to get it down to the main stem ready to be rung down tomorrow

Some transformation from today we were asked to completely strip a garden back to the bare bones as the resident is now unfortunately in a wheel chair and unable to take care of the hedges so out they came and stumps ground out too ready for a fence to be put up been an absolute pleasure to help out!!

Couple of small jobs from today privet hedge trim which we’ve been looking after for some time we scalped this back off the path and half taken off the tops were slowly getting a better finish with every visit

A couple of trees and hawthorn hedge also reduced as they were far too big for the garden and blocking lots of light, not wanting to lose them completely we reduced them and tided everything up

Yesterday we were up at Hubberton, we had been asked to remove several ash trees that were all suffering badly with die back and some completely dead with a little bit of rigging all trees down safely, all logs cut up and left for customers for future winters

A job from today typically when were your working in Queensbury we get the wettest and windiest day of the week, but back to a return customer we previously pollarded the trees, now decided to remove all logs rung up, trim and shape mixed hedges and reduce conifer hedge

Another from this week, the house is currently empty and on the market so we had been asked to go give the place a tidy up with the house now being under offer the previous owner wanted it right for the new owner
