Mental health is a silent killer, so that's why we've got to look out for each other. Check in with your friends and family even if nothing seems wrong, you won't know what's going on in their head until you ask. As it's Mental Health Awareness Week, I wanted to make a post regarding this subject with these shots reflecting the subject, showing that it really is a silent killer and that sometimes the signs aren't always there, or maybe they are and you just don't realise it. Look out for one another and be kind.
