Funded Places

I’ve just received a very positive message from South Lanarkshire with regard to funded entitlement.
I have applied to become a funded provider and the closing date is tomorrow, 31st August.
They anticipate that it will take them around 12 weeks to award successful applicants which essentially means I could be opening in January with funding already in place.

What does this mean for you?
This means that you could use some of your funding here at Escape to the Story and your childcare would be free.

However, as this is not in place yet, when enrolling your child, you must be willing to commit to the daily rate until such times as funding is accessible.

Do remember though that even although your child attends another early years setting such as a nursery or a childminder, you can still send them to us for 1,2 or 3 days. The best of both worlds.

What child wouldn’t want to be in a classroom, roofed only by the sky at least one day per week?😊 🌳
