I have a special fondness for those who stand apart—the black sheep, the odd ducks, the ones who don't quite fit in. These individuals, often seen as outcasts or eccentrics, who tend to be loners or feel lost and forgotten, hold a unique charm that I find profoundly appealing. There is something truly beautiful about them, and I firmly believe they possess the most beautiful souls.

They may have faced greater challenges, felt more deeply, and thought more critically about the world around them. This often results in a depth of character and a capacity for empathy that is both rare and precious. These unique individuals teach us to see the world in new and wonderful ways. They remind us that there is beauty in diversity and that the conventional path is not the only path. I suffer from back and knee pain due to deterioration in these area caused by old age. Joan explained what she was doing and was professional at all times. I could see some colours in my minds eye during the treatment and could feel the pain easing away to a low level. After the treatment I felt centred and in a nice peaceful place. Great to have some pain relief for any length of time, know its a therapy not a permanent cure for me. Very enjoyable and I will come back.

I have used reiki and crystals to rescue myself from clinical depression, anxiety and the menopause. Depression was the reason I took Reiki up in the first place. Later on crystals also came into my life and now I couldn't live without either of them.
