If you choose to do something that your are passionate about, make yourself enthusiastic about it. Donโt drag yourself toward a workout plan or anything. Have fun and live it how it is supposed to be. Being negatively inactive wonโt help and actually will make you feel worse. Change your attitude, you are the only one that can do that.

There is no better meter than your happiness. If you are not satisfied and unhappy with your plan, donโt even waste time, change it to something that suits you better. Looking after yourself and your life starts from you only. I can give you all the tips, science and training in the worldโฆ you are the one that must care for yourself cause no one will do it for you. Stay happy about your routine or change it. Isnโt that obvious and logical?!
Posting my journey, which is still going on. About 12 years between the pics and 45+kg / 100+lbs muscle gain. I had awesome progress and I also had major setbacks. The reality is that I have always been passionate about studying and understanding every human process and then applying it.

It is common due to lack of core strength or mobility, to end up losing the focus on your legs and end up loading the lower back. Keep your focus on your core and less on your legs.

It is common due to lack of form or lack of core/mobility to reach cardiovascular failure or simply compound muscle failure, instead of full muscle activation. Make sure you are engaging and feeling your legs working and ideally they should feel burning if the intensity has been reached.

If you are having the wrong position or too much weight, your brain will focus on completing the movement rather than training the right muscle. Make sure your position is on point and use a weight that makes you feel locked and precise, rather than unbalanced.
Focus on those 3 and you will feel your lower body working like never before. Try to believe.

If you are extending your arms far from your body instead of being close to it, most likely you will perform a pullover lacking tricep activation. Push your arms instead of your chest.

With a wrong position or too much weight, you will end up trying to balance the movement instead of engaging your tricep. Choose a weight that will make you feel solid and stable during the whole workout set.
