Im not sure if Job Advert posts are allowed here so feel free to tell me off... but my company in TW12 is looking for a full time Office Administrator / Office Manager.
Job responsibilities include the usual you might expect such as
• Diary management and filing
• Handling petty cash
• Answering phones and screening calls
• Booking couriers
• Ordering stationary and office supplies
PLUS there is a slightly more creative aspect whereby we need someone who can assist with some of the lovely projects we do for our clients, including some fulfilment, organisation, sourcing items and price negotiation (so a little bit of Project Management is probably the closest way to describe it).
