Christening cake 🕊️

This was our first ever Christening/Baptism cake at OhCrumbs! It’s just something we’ve never had anyone ask for before, and been patiently waiting for a request!

I love how it turned out!

The first wedding cake of the year ✨

Bottom tier was lemon sponge filled with homemade lemon curd and the top tier was carrot and walnut filled with cream cheese frosting and the whole cake was frosted in Swiss meringue.

Honestly the stress these cakes cause me every time it comes to stacking 😅

Almond infused sponges dotted with glacé cherries, filled with morello cherry jam and almond frosting and Ofcourse - loaded with cherry bakewells, glacé cherries and toasted almond flakes!

Our cherry sponges are probably the ONLY flavour cake we do that I haven’t tried myself, as I think i must be the only person in the world who doesn’t like cherry bakewells 😂🫣 but it’s an ever popular flavour!

A lager themed cake is something we’ve never been asked for before - specifically Italian Birra Moretti 🍺

I wanted the cake to match the can with cream, red and a little gold. The cake is chocolate fudge sponge with chocolate frosting in the centre and as the crumb coat.
