When replacing your fascias, soffits & guttering, We strongly recommend you have the bottom row of tiles removed and eaves trays installed, as this is what happens to your old felt over the years. If any water gets through the tiles, the water will travel down the back of the fascia board and potentially into the house, creating mould and damp spots to your ceilings and walls.

Customers wanted a nice big opening, as the old upvc sliding door, would only allow access through half of the opening. I suggested a 2 pane Korniche bi-fold with Morley internal magnetic blinds and the customers were over the moon with the end result.
