since 2012 and are a small family run
company.

Our newly refurbished offices are based in
Harlow by the Pinnacles.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance assistant to join our family run business on a full time permanent basis.

Your main duties will be -

Purchase Ledger
Sales Ledger
Credit Control
Banking
Reconciliations
VAT returns
CIS returns
Monthly payroll and PAYE submission
Invoice factoring
Weekly subcontractor payroll and billing.
Monthly Profit and Loss.

Occasional adhoc duties to assist management.

The office hours are 8am to 4pm.

The ideal candidate will be able to hit the ground running, be focused, willing to learn, great attention to detail and good communication skills.
