We are currently looking for two FORK TRUCK OPERATORS for our very busy client in Harlow.

DETAILS
Position: Fork Truck Operator
Location: Harlow, Essex
Hours: afternoon shift, Monday to Friday - 11.50-20:00
Start: Immediately
Salary: between £12.48-£12.70 p/hr
Basic Admin work required, like printing labels, checking stock.

REQUIREMENT:
• Experienced FLT Driver with 6 months working experience
• To have a positive work attitude
• Applicants must be available for Day shift training to start with between 8:00-16.45
• Good Communication Skills
• Some PC knowledge is desirable
• Ideally experienced in warehouse/factory environment

We are looking for a Customer Service Adviser to work at our client's site in Harlow.

Immediate start.
Full time.
Customer Service Adviser working hours;
Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm.
The Customer Service Adviser's salary is £23,689 per annum.

The Customer Service Adviser's Main purpose;
To provide excellent customer service to all export customers and to deal with all daily customer requirements efficiently.

The Customer Service Adviser's Main responsibilities;
To handle customer complaint co-ordination and resolution.
To receive and place customer orders.
To place customer return orders and raise manual Invoices and credits
To arrange shipments in line with customer demand.
To liaise with customers to ensure excellent customer service.
EDI Maintenance using SRM system.
The Customer Service Adviser's General responsibilities:

Own customer issues and liaise with the appropriate internal department to ensure customer satisfaction.
Ensure that every order received is processed in an accurate and timely manner.
Ensure that all export paperwork is completed in an accurate manner and shipments are arranged to the customer's satisfaction.
To highlight any areas of concern regarding customer care to the Customer Service Manager when appropriate.
To inform the post holders Line Manager of any difficulties in actioning the above and agree on resolution.
Any other duties which may reasonably be required by the post holders Line Manager or Director.
