Growing up on the Kent coast Peter always had a love for water โ but it was only in his late 50s that he discovered his love for diving ๐โโ๏ธ
When diving lessons became available at the iconic London Aquatics Centre shortly after the London 2012 Olympics, Peter signed up straight away, fulfilling both his passion for water and for adrenaline ๐ฆธโโ๏ธ
Today, Peter has been diving for 10 years โ and has no plans on stopping anytime soon!

I am so pleased to have found a special Parkinsons exercise class. It is amazing the difference it makes to
my mobility to spend an hour with a specialist teacher who can help me with the difficulties of losing my balance and fear of falling. I saw my neurologist last week who implied the exercises were the medicine I needed to live life as normal as possible. You make the class so enjoyable and I want to thank you for the time you give to help me improve and give me confidence.โ
