You might have noticed that I don't post much about my business here. It's not that I'm not passionate about what I do—quite the opposite in fact! I believe however, in the value of organic growth and genuine connections. Instead of bombarding your feed with ads, I prefer to let my work speak for itself and rely on the power of word-of-mouth from satisfied clients. And it works.

In 1995, Alvaro Pascual-Leone of Harvard ran a simple experiment. He asked students to learn a five-finger piano exercise and play it while keeping up to a metronome. They practiced two hours a day, every day, for five days.
Each day, the students underwent testing to check the functions of neurons in specific locations in the brain.
The part of the brain dedicated to these finger movements expanded and “took over” surrounding areas of the brain “like dandelions on a suburban lawn,” - a result beyond just strengthening connections. The brains of these students were adding new neurons for the task!
Then… some new students were included who simply thought about the piano exercise. They simply imagined their fingers playing the piano while staying still. But… they had very similar physical reorganisation of their cortex.
Let that sink in.. just through imagination, they rewired their brains!!! Realise then, how powerful we are - and how important it is to rehearse and rehearse positive thoughts and work towards our goals!
