This Menopause Awareness month we’ve teamed up with to help empower and educate our community on moving through this life stage. So, yesterday we got together with Frame and for a Strength and Mobility Class.
Didn’t get a place? Don’t sweat it. There are two more classes this Saturday 26 October, so make sure you’re signed up.
We’ve also launched a series of free online videos with Frame, so you can get moving whenever suits you best. This month is all about menopause, with three classes focused on strength, yoga and mobility.

Ready, set, race day!
We took over the for the third year running. And it’s always a big deal 👏
3 run clubs running 13.1 miles in our Purple Dragonfly Print Power Leggings - all in aid of the . It was nothing short of inspiring. 🙌
We were there cheering on each and every runner at our - not one, but two – Cheer Miles. Did you spot us? 👯♀️
