New Vw transporter sportline in today, what a van!
Replacing the eibach standard sportline suspension for the sublime H&R coilover kit incorporating Koni shocks with damping adjustment, undoubtedly the best coilover kit on the market for comfort at lower ride heights, this will go another 30mm but this is where the client requires it. Properly matched spring rates to the van, with perfect compression and rebound characteristics make this kit awesome, plus we set it up to the millimetre with some verniers and finally some basic calibration of the wheel alignment to make the geometry check easier , now sat on some lovely flow formed rivierra wheels shod in Pirelli p zeros. &r .1

Another stunner leaves today, we are also now officially registered as a converter with VW! From start to finish, everything done in house by the team, including upholstery, designed and manufactured furniture, pop top installation, carpet lining, sound deadening, electrical system , gas system (we are gas safe ) sporting an austops roof, bifold bed, rusty lee 3/4 legless isofix bed, led sporlights, bike carrier fitted into the floor , swing out table, fridge, electric hook up, split charge with lithium battery.
what a result. True gentleman client as well.

Just a quick little job for a customers super slick audi RSQ3 - Tinted the rear lights. We did try convince him that letting us steal the engine for our transporter t6.1 would be a great idea - to no avail. Maybe next time.

Connect and airline and we have compressed air for inflatables, air awning , punctures, whatever . All powered from our air suspension setup

Air ride on the van? Well now we have air for inflatables, tyres etc. needs a pressure regulator but just testing .

The demo van in all its glory, fitted with AiR , front bumper pop top rock n roll tested bed and seat swivel upholstery rear bumper ICE wheels flooring carpet , protected using .uk matte evo ceramic and finished in supreme satin black wrap including door shuts and returns
