At the weekend our Chiropractor Tommy and his friend Jack will be running from Dublin to Belfast with 30 hours to do it! 🇮🇪

This is a 107 mile Ultra-Marathon and all for the Motor-Neuron Disease.

He is at 93% of his £1000 target for MND. If you have anything to give no matter how small we would love to help him reach this and beyond!

This is a challenge most of us won’t ever take on in our lifetime so any support would be appreciated and no doubt, keep them going! 🏃‍♂️🏅

Niko has been practising here for as long as we can remember and is a huge part of the team here at FCPC!

Niko incorporates a diverse range of approaches to healing, including, Sacro-occipital technique, Neuro-impulse technique, Active muscle release technique, Applied Kinesiology as well as the traditional Chiropractic techniques.

Meet Kate! 👋

Kate is our chiropractor and has been in Harrogate now for just over a year, having relocated from Bournemouth.

One of Kate’s favourite hobbies, like many is Padel! 🎾On a recent holiday to Dubai, Kate played Padel on a floating pontoon! 😂

Did you know Harrogate is a Padel hotspot?! (Good news for Kate!)

She really enjoys nothing more than a walk around a reservoir and of course, cuddles with Snoop 🥰

So many people are on the hamster wheel of taking medication to suppress their symptoms and while this can be a lifeline for many of us and often very convenient, the problem will never go away unless you do something about it!

Please remember pain of any kind isn’t normal 🙅‍♀️ So, if you feel something isn’t right whether that’s a headache, a bad nights sleep, a stiff shoulder, hip pain, back pain when you sit… don’t just reach into your drawer for medication, ask the questions; What might be wrong? Why might something be be wrong and could I get this fixed?
