I went with our tame fitter today to Hornsea to fit replacement doors, end panels, plinth and a coffee machine. Customers fitter said it would take at least 2 days.

Frenchic paints have released the second batch of colours making 100 chalk wall colours with a matching Trim paint to go with it. The Trim paint has been developed for sills and skirtings. So ideal for furniture too. Trim paint has a satin look and its very tough. Why is lymphoedema a risk after breast cancer surgery?

Lymphoedema occurs when fluid builds up on tissues, causing swelling and sometimes pain in the area. It is particularly common following breast cancer surgery, as the cancerous lymph nodes are often removed. Unfortunately, if it occurs then the condition does not ever go away, though it can be managed.

The aim of Reflexology Lymph Drainage is to cause an effect on the lymphatic system in the body by stimulating the lymphatic reflexes on the feet. It is an award winning unique sequence that has been researched and developed by Sally Kay, whilst working in Cancer Care. The results appear to support the theory of reflexology.

We're updating our kitchen showroom displays over the next few months and we are delighted to have art work from local artist Paul Mirfin which will take pride of place on our newly decorated walls. All framed art work is for sale and commissions taken. You are welcome to pop in and have a look.

Our supply issues are kept to a minimum and because of our back office processes we can deal with any problems that may arise before the kitchen is due. However, where we do struggle sometimes is scheduling in with M R Joiners and Builders our kitchen installer, with lead times around 12 weeks at the moment.
