For Burger Patties🍔⁠
- Lamb mince - 500 grams⁠
- Fine chopped onions - 150 grams⁠
- Chopped garlic - 15 grams⁠
- Cooking oil - 3tsp⁠
- Salt - 8 grams⁠
- Chopped green chilli (optional) - 5 grams⁠
- Cumin powder - 5 grams⁠
- Chilli powder - 1 grams⁠
- Garam masala - 2 grams⁠
- Chopped coriander⁠

For the burger:⁠
- Brioche buns - 4⁠
- Large ripe tomato - 1⁠
- Iceberg lettuce - ½⁠
- Beetroot - 1⁠
- Carrot large - 1⁠
- Mayonnaise⁠
- Kohinoor Chilli & Garlic Chutney⁠
⁠
Method👨‍🍳⁠
⁠
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onion, garlic and green chilli. Cool this mix.⁠
⁠
- Add this mix to the lamb mince with salt, chilli powder, cumin powder, garam masala and chopped coriander.⁠
⁠
- Shape into 4 patties, panfry or grill over charcoal making sure the lamb is cooked.⁠
⁠
- Shred the carrot and beetroot, mix in the mayonnaise and Kohinoor Chilli & Garlic Chutney to make a spicy slaw.⁠
⁠
- Cut the brioche bun into half and warm them on a pan, arrange lettuce and tomato slices, top with cooked lamb patty and the spicy slaw.⁠

Ingredients:
- Kohinoor Butter Chicken sauce – 1 pouch
- Chicken breast cut into small dices – 400 grams
- Red Bell Pepper
- Green Bell Pepper
- Onion small dice – 100 grams
- Chilli powder – 2 grams
- Garam masala – 2 grams
- Cooked basmati rice – 300 grams
- Chopped coriander leaves
- Large tortillas – 4 number

Method:

Heat a frying pan with 4 tablespoons of oil, sauté the onions & chopped peppers, add the chicken dices, stir-fry adding salt, chilli powder and garam masala.

Add in the Kohinoor Butter Chicken sauce cook until the chicken is cooked, approx 15 mins. Remove from heat, mix in the cooked basmati rice and chopped coriander leaves.

Warm the tortilla on both sides and wrap with the butter chicken rice filling.

Enjoy with the Kohinoor Chutneys.
