Happy Healer Hut

The general energy climate for April is no surprise - stormy. It's going to shift between light and dark. And this is going to be mirrored on the world stage. But one key difference for April is that we are going to have an influx of light this month - the strongest influx of light that we've seen in the year of 2022 so far. When these light waves come in, this can manifest as incredible periods of grace, clarity, healing, higher awareness and visions. I know sometimes you can wonder, "Am I detached from reality? Or am I just ignoring what's going on?"

The fact that you're even asking that question is a good clue that you're very clear about what's going on, on the planet, but you're also tapping into this part of your own soul and also the energies on the planet right now that are trying to uplift the consciousness. So, you aren't always going to want to stay in what's going on. Those of you who are on the front line right now, whether you're helping in an area of crisis, whether you're on the front line with your family or your friends' needs or yourself, you're going to find that allowing those periods of grace into you, huge heart expansion happens. You start to feel more in your heart. You start to remember, "Wow, it's a miracle we're alive today!"

An ancient & sacred ‘FIRE CEREMONY ‘ to chant the sounds of our 7 chakras.

These mantras when chanted in the presence of the Agni( fire ) allows you to pause, offer the whole of yourself to a higher consciousness and reflect on the impermanence of life .

We start the morning with few simple yoga asanas to stretch and and connect to our beautiful bodies.

Followed by some Pranayamas to ignite that Agni within us ( fire within us ) so we are able to see what lies beyond our bodies.
✨

Taking us towards gathering around the Agni ( Homa ) where we chant the sounds of the 7 chakras to balance and heal our energy vortexes and lead us into a meditative state.

Lastly we end the session with a light & nutritious vegetarian Mangalorean ( from south of india ) breakfast.

Meet Chandvi, she's a big part of our Happy Healer hut

~ Who am I? ~

When I was little my mum took me to many healers and therapists to give me different experiences of what life can look like from many perspectives

This didn’t mean that there was anything wrong with- she took me to all these places so I would know how to support myself in times of need 🌈

My parents gave me so many experiences which allowed me the space and time to unravel and align myself to my purpose and tap into the power that was there for me to step into ☀️

I’ve learnt modalities and many lessons from Shamans, Reiki Masters, Yogis… I trained with some of the best teachers to become a Transpersonal Hypnotherapist specialising in trauma, inner child therapy and past life therapy… I also dove into art and trained as an Art Therapist 🎨

I love what I do and the ability to help and guide others through their journey. It truly is a blessing to guide others through their trauma and bring them to a place where they feel strong enough to step into their own power and navigate life the way they choose ✨

Summer solstice ☀️

Today is the longest day of the year and the greatest day for manifestation- you can harness the suns energy and bring that power into manifesting beautiful things into your life.

It’s a great day to sit in ceremony and really reflect on your experiences, celebrate you, focus on those things that uou truly desire and really let go of all those undesired patterns ✨

Remember you always have a choice. A choice to choose what beauty you see around you, to choose the kindness you emanate to the people around you, to chose the love that you feel, to choose how you show up for yourself, and most importantly to choose you!

Know that there are brighter days ahead 🌟
