Due to an ongoing power cut in the area we are unable to open tonight.
Its been off since 1.30am this morning. We have been told numerous expected fix times through out the day. We are now being told 10.30 - 11.30.
Hopefully it will all be back for tomorrow

Please help if you can
This has been set up by Jayne Hardy who hires space in the club for 1-2-1 singing lessons and who also runs "Stage Coach" which we helped out in between lockdowns with space. Jayne is a true supporter of the Association bringing her class over to do a turn at our funday his year.

Canons Community Association got broken into on Monday.
There is a great deal of damage. The building is run solely by volunteers who work to keep the building ship shape for the many small businesses and community groups who use it. The income from the hire pays for all of this.
There is already a great strain on finances due to the rise in energy costs.
If each hirer, and person who uses the building donates what they can to repair the damage and replace things that are broken, the community can go on using it as a happy and safe hub of activities for all ages!
This place really helped me out after covid when my usual venues backed out. And continue to be my base for singing 1-2-1’s. It’s a real one off place and I adore it.

Hi everyone
Just a reminder to let you all know we will be holding a fun day on 25th September 2021 at 2pm on the field behind the club everyone is welcome to bring family friends and anyone else they want let's get the club and the community back together after such a horrible and testing year
There will be an army assault course, face painting, tombola, cake and sweet stalls play your cards right, beat the goalie and many more a bbq and refreshments are also available so please come and join in the fun xx

The secretary is now at the centre weekdays
between 10.00 am and 2pm

(to become a member why not pop in and collect a membership form)

Children's activities - e.g. Ballet, Nursery, Indian Dance + many more now up and running

Adult activities - Line dance, Ballroom Dancing, mixed Crafts are back with many more due to start back over the next few weeks

Hall and room hire available for 1 off parties + events as well as regular classes, meetings
