Sadly,Suicide is the main cause of death among young people under 35 in the UK. Over 50% of them have been known to self harm.
Chloe, a young Trustee at WISH has this message to share :
“Look out for your own mental health by doing small things you enjoy but also look out for others, as you never know what a small act of kindness could help someone else. Just remember there is always hope no matter how bad things get and reach out for support, someone will always be willing to listen.”
