Breaking News! Today was Gary’s last day at WISH after 18 years of service as Lead Psychotherapist and therapist. Gary has done incredible work supporting young people. In fact, has grown up with WISH after joining as a young man. We had great nostalgia chats today. So sad to see him leave but he had to pick an Angel card - love the Obedience card and Gary getting on his bike ready to go. Gary says “After almost 18 years at WISH it feels the right time to say thank you and goodbye but I will continue watching WISH from afar and know it’s in capable hands”. Please leave any messages here for Gary to read. We are of course planning a proper send off in the coming weeks -DM for details. Thank you so much Gary you will be missed 💔

Sadly,Su***de is the main cause of death among young people under 35 in the UK. Over 50% of them have been known to self harm.
Chloe, a young Trustee at WISH has this message to share :
“Look out for your own mental health by doing small things you enjoy but also look out for others, as you never know what a small act of kindness could help someone else. Just remember there is always hope no matter how bad things get and reach out for support, someone will always be willing to listen.”
