Sad day today...
It's my last Kids Fitness class with Ruthie Mitchell Fitness.
I have loved watching your children grow, hearing them talk about their feelings, improve their motor skills and gain confidence in who they are.
I would like to say thank you to the families that have come week after week and for your support as parents and as friend's.
I will miss the children so much and hope we can keep in contact x
Something has be to done...
Since having a head injury 8 weeks ago I haven't changed my diet and have done 3 hours of exercise compared to 16 hours per week and have gone from 9 stone 5 to 10 stone 10.
I have made the decision to change my lifestyle and exercise 5 days per week doing HIIT, running and strength training to tone up and loose weight over the 6 weeks Summer holidays.
Charlotte will also be training with me as she really enjoys exercise and it's a way that she can improve her fitness for π
I will be posting meals, composition photos, my weight and video's of this journey and if you want to join in give us a Message and we can sort something. It's gonna be hard but it's something I want to push myself for and hopefully have a laugh doing it!

I have always been asked quite a lot about what I eat in a day.

The truth is I eat what I fancy & always try to hit at least 120g protein a day.
I eat 5 small meals in a day and never eat so I am that full up that I can't move!
βΌοΈ I donβt cut any food groups out so that means I eat protein, carbs & fats.

If you haven't tried Clubbercise before it's a little bit like Zumba but we are in a dark room with glow sticks and disco lights. Brilliant for people who dont like others to see them exercise and its a fun way to get fit! π₯³
