OUR VOLUNTEERS LOVE HARTLEPOOL
Over the past fortnight our volunteer crews have juggled their employ and have been busy supporting our Community in each and every way we can, in some cases we feel it inappropriate to mention the support given.
We have engaged in positive communications with many public and third sector organisations and the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner for Cleveland to work on avenues of further support for our town residents all communities included.
Thank you all so much Hartlepool Round Table for the donation to support the training and development of our volunteers, this means a lot to us guys.
Thank you to Mark Payne and the staff at the Hartlepool Mail for the great write up.

Massive thanks to the guys with Hartlepool Round Table
🚑💚 Last night, Abi, Paul, and Jason met up with some of the Hartlepool Round Table lads just before our monthly business meeting at One77. We're thrilled to announce that Hartlepool Round Table has generously donated funds to the Hartlepool Ambulance Charity (HAC) to put a volunteer through their FREC3, First Response Emergency Care, training! 👏✨
The First Response Emergency Care (FREC3) Course is much more advanced than a standard First Aider course. Upon completion, volunteer Paul Craggs will be equipped to provide advanced medical care to casualties, including oxygen therapy, precise observations, triaging, bleed control, and the insertion of airways to help keep the most serious casualties oxygenated.
Charity Manager and Lead First Responder, Abi Anderson, expressed her gratitude: "It is very kind of the hardworking Hartlepool Round Table lads to make Paul's training possible to qualify as a FREC3. This has massive advantages when dealing with casualties of all kinds and even prepares you for the worst. We thank the Hartlepool Round Table for providing this training for one of our volunteers."
Hartlepool Ambulance Charity provides First Aid cover at community events, sports and cycling events, and training in essential First Aid procedures, including Basic Life Support, CPR, and the use of defibrillators.
Hartlepool Round Table Chairman, James Black, stated, "It was a pleasure to support Hartlepool Ambulance Charity with funds to develop the volunteers' knowledge and ability."
Historically, Hartlepool Round Table has provided funds to organisations that support life-saving initiatives in Hartlepool, ensuring our community is safe and well cared for.
Abi Anderson also noted, "Within a few weeks, Paul Craggs will be fully qualified to deal with all sorts of medical situations, including assisting those suffering mental health trauma"
Let's continue supporting our local heroes! 💪❤️
Tonight Volunteer First Responders Abi, Paul and Jason met some of the all giving charitable guys with Hartlepool Round Table.
