💥A good day at the WKO European 💥championships at the weekend. 6 Gold 🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇, 5 Silver 🥈🥈🥈🥈🥈in the K1 and 1 Gold in the Thai boxing 🥇. It was most of these boys first taste of competition and they cleared up against more experienced opponents from Britain 🇬🇧 Ireland 🇮🇪 and Holland 🇳🇱.

Important information 🥊 Ok everyone,
As from next week we are changing the training nights. The new sessions will be Mondays and Wednesdays 7pm-9pm. This will break up the week better and give me Fridays to do extra work with fighters ect. So Monday 29th April will be the last session of the month. Then Wednesday 1st of May will be the start of the new month. Any queries send me a direct message. 07892940631. This gives you this week to get used to the idea of training Mondays and Wednesdays. A good night at the Ring Wars show in Lincoln.
Saz took on Keegan Robert’s who boasts a K1 title and 28 fights we asked for Muay Thai rules to even the odds . We had a four hour drive to fight in his back yard with the crowd against us and warmed up in a broom cupboard. Saz got the split decision he stuck to the game plan.

🔥First class of 2024 at the new gym 🔥

The first class is tonight at the new location Trojan Gym Hastings 7pm.
All monthly memberships to be paid tonight for the month (works out £6 a class). If you miss this week’s monthly payment just PAYG for the rest of the month only £8 for two hours.

🔥New for 2024🔥 So we are relocating to Trojans gym Hastings. Everyone knows I don’t run the Muay Thai gym to make money, push membership contracts and get numbers through the door. I do it for the people and for the sport. All I’m interested in is watching people progress, gain confidence , strengthen their mind ,body’s and to create more champions . We had some great wins and good times based at HKA and WMTG brought some big names through the door like Liam Harrison and Jonathan Haggerty. Now it’s time to move on and do what’s best for the club .We will have longer sessions for cheaper memberships and better value for us all . We have an on site weights gym and nutritionalists. Good parking and above all more independence as a Muay Thai gym. Over the next week il be up the new gym getting it ready for the first session of the new year Tuesday 2nd January 2024 👊🏼🙏🏻🇹🇭🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿see you all there 🔥

Another title for WMTG . So Oli Foley didn’t get the win last night at the show in Norfolk but he did win the WKO British open today 🔥 with Joe Britt also finishing this year by levelling up we just got Jack to showcase in a few weeks 🪓🙏🏻🥊

A good win for Joe last night breaking down a very game opponent, Oli didn’t get the nod on a majority split decision on the lads home show.
