New Couch to 5k starting September - only 9 weeks from doing nothing to running 5K - free of charge

Your time is one of the most precious gifts you can give when you volunteer as a buddy for a child in care.

For the child you are matched with, you’ll be that person who is there just for them, to provide that listening ear and enjoy fun activities together. You’ll get to do all sorts of activities from going for walks, trips out or just enjoying a meal together and make memories along the way.

Volunteering as a buddy can be incredibly rewarding, both for the child and for you.

It's may be Bank Holiday Monday tomorrow (26th August), but we are still open! We have an extended FREE Craft and Chat session running 10am -2:30pm. You just fetch your own craft project along and we provided you with free refreshments. All we ask is that you don't fetch any electrical equipment. Our shop will be open and so will the Flourish at Woodfield Park Community Interest Company cafe.
Saturday 31st August 11am-2pm is the date and time for our next Destash Market. It's a great opportunity to pick up a crafty bargin, or to have a clear our out of all your unwanted crafty supplies. Join us for fun, targeted movement sessions designed to develop coordination, build strength and improve wellbeing.

Our fitness sessions are now completed at the Hatfield library. The next set of mums dance fitness and fun for children will start 1st Nov 10 am- 11am location to be confirmed.

Just a reminder the adults fitness/ children’s fun class is 4.30pm- 5.30pm at the hatfield library parking at the back **FREE**

SEN parents, DV survivors, isolated parents or suffering from mental health
We are hosting a dance fitness session with a children's club. This session will also, include a safe space for parents to meet and talk.
Sandwiches, snacks and drinks will be provided. Cake and a hot drink is also, available for parents to enjoy at the end.
There will be 2 tutors and an assistant allowing parents to relax and enjoy some fun, fitness and socialising!
Starts this Friday Hatfield Library 4.30– 5.30pm
Family/ friends/ carers are also welcome to attend.
This event is partly funded by the local councillors and well Doncaster and hosted by us a not for profit organisation
