The humble scrunchie. A year ago I wasn’t interested in making them thinking no-one would be interested.
Until one rainy, windy day, within about an hour, three people with windswept hair stopped at my stall looking for scrunchies. I had to disappoint them but I listened, started making my version and haven’t stopped!
They are currently enjoying a surge in popularity mostly due to a lovely new friend who bought two and then knocked my socks off with the amount of interest he’s generated just by casually wearing one on his wrist 🔥
I love how a random moment can evolve into a lovely connection 😊
Three fabulous markets this week including the first visit of the year to Hemel Old Town where you’ll find me under the arches with all my colourful creations. You can also book your beginners crochet class with me 😁
Cambridge today. This weekend is (almost) the final opportunity to bag yourself a beanie before I change around my stock for spring/summer.
You can also pick up a leaflet for my upcoming shoes in May 😁
Looking forward to a lovely weekend of markets after a little break. I’ll be bringing a mix of wearables, recycled cotton baskets, forever flowers and loads more. Always colourful, all handmade 😁
