Every summer a bunch of the young people in our care give of their own time and work hard to create and deliver a program for the young children at the Cupcui children’s home - often the highlight of the summer for many of the children there. Your support makes it possible for us to reach these children and share the love of God - all while having fun!

One of the highlights of the summer months for those in our care at Stella’s Voice is Summer Camp! Here are a few photos from this year’s Camp having so much fun - getting to know each other better, worshipping together and playing games and more.

Families such as this one have had to resort to living in underground shelters for their own safety. Families that have been identified by Russian forces as having members serving in the Ukrainian military are being sought out and killed.

We accept clothing and shoes-all ages, all sizes. Simply put them in a bag or box and call us on 0300 111 0123 to arrange a collection

This family fled Kherson after enduring some unbelievable conditions. They shared their story, experiences, and photos from Kherson. Some will be shared in the future, but some are too graphic to share. They have lost everything and are totally dependant on help from others.

This is the first family we met and gave aid to on this trip. They are from Kherson. (pictured, left to right: Nicolae (one of our house parents in Moldova), Tanea and her husband Andre, Wayne (our Director of Operations, UK) and Mama Anna.

Have you visited our new shop in Waterlooville? We have moved round the corner to a larger, refurbished premises at Unit 27 Wellington Way (the old Post Office). Open Mon-Fri 9:30am-4pm and Sat 10am-2pm

This is the team (including Wayne: Director of Operations, Stella’s Voice UK and Nicolae: one of the house parents from our homes in Moldova) that took the aid into Ukraine and helped distribute the aid in the Odessa region. More updates to follow…

Earlier this week, we loaded vans full of aid and drove from Moldova into Ukraine to help some of the masses that have fled the Kherson region. They have lost all they own when the floods wiped out their homes when the dam was destroyed. We will bring you several updates over the coming days including accounts from some of those who have fled Kherson

To end Volunteers week 2023 we must thank 3 special ladies that have been working behind the scenes for a year and a half since the invasion of Ukraine. We opened our donation hub in the Meridian centre and had so many wonderful helpers but these 3 ladies are still going! Thank you ladies for all you have done!

Today we want to thank Jackie. Jackie began volunteering in Feb 2022 after seeing the terrible need in Ukraine and wanted to do something to help. She has been sorting donations to send on our lorries and vans that have gone out. Jackie lost her husband 3 years ago and wanted to re-focus her time and has made some new friendships along the way. Thank you Jackie for all you do!

Today we celebrate the work of another Julie, who joined us this year. Julie said she loves the relaxed atmosphere, the friendliness and the lovely staff and volunteers at Stella’s Voice. Working in the shop has built up her confidence. Thank you Julie for everything you do!
