One of my 2 back days per week. This was my "row" based day or thickness day. Splitting back into a rowing day and a pull down day has been game changing for me. I get sore after most sessions and I'm seeing growth for sure. My personal opinion is that training a muscle 2 x per week is more beneficial for growth than just training it once per week. Once per week muscle training is basically a pro split. Pro split because pros only need to train any specific muscle once per week as they most likely are already quite developed. Whereas us mere mortals need more stimulus than that. Again this is my opinion.
