Three layers of soft chocolate sponge, filled with a chocolate buttercream, melted kinder chocolate AND crushed Ferrero Rocher 🤤

Covered in the rich chocolate buttercream, dripped with melted chocolate and topped with more chocolate buttercream, Ferrero Rochers, Kinder Bueno pieces, Cadburys Swirl Buttons and chocolate curls.

Customer requested a traditional school cake but we switched it up and did two fluffy vanilla sponges and filled with a creamy vanilla buttercream ☺️

And of course, topped with a thick white icing and sprinkles 😃

Cake No. 1 for this week!

So.. I tried something a little different for a customers cake!

I had a request for a leopard print cake; vanilla sponge and vanilla buttercream with imperial mints incorporated somehow ☺️

Check out the final piece and the inside surprise that turned out better than I thought 😃

The black buttercream is not something I have done before but I’m pleased with how it turned out (as a black buttercream is hard to make!) Hand decorated leopard prints on the buttercream with black hand painted imperial mints and sprinkled with glitter ✨

Crunchie Brownie Box 💛

After the kinder brownie box was such a hit, our lovely customer has come back for another!

This time, mixing it up for a Crunchie brownie box this time ☺️

When life gives you apples 🍎 🍏… you bake cinnamon apple flapjacks! Drizzled with a cinnamon icing 🤤

Something a little different to celebrate a birthday?

How about a cookie bar 😃

This chocolate chip and fudge cookie bar was delivered to our customer, freshly baked and still slightly warm when delivered 🤤

Next up in the kitchen were these chocolate Oreo cupcakes, Tottenham Hotspur Football themed (Again)

Slightly different design this time with edible club logo toppers, model players, flags and some football candles ⚽️

Last minute order for an afternoon tea box for a 70th birthday celebration on a boat!

Plain sandwiches requested so went with a classic; ham and cheese

Plain scones with clotted cream and strawberry jam

It’s been a while since we posted but don’t worry; we’ve been busy in the background!

Here is a kinder brownie ordered by one of our lovely customers for her daughters birthday at the weekend 🤎 it was so chunky that we had to squeeze the lid on 😅 check out the budge of the lid at the bottom 🙈

Last minute brownie order for a wedding 🖤

The couple were let down last minute so I got a request at 6pm last night and they were freshly baked, cut, decorated, packaged and delivered ready by 9.30am today ☺️

A chocolate loaded cake for my Husband’s birthday ☺️

Three sponge layer cake (2 chocolate layers and 1 vanilla) filled with Kinder buttercream, finished with a chocolate drip and topped with Caramac Twirl bites, Caramilk Buttons, Bars & Bites ☺️

Little surprise for him to come home to after work; he especially loved the personalised topper 😃
