The carers are very good with mum and carefully empathetic encourage Mum.
And chat about her past, which has been an amazing life in Malaysia in Indonesia in Canada as a nurse working with my father who is a doctor. Rose Is especially empathetic goes out of her way to encourage Mum to go out, she’s taken her out for coffee in Costa several times which is amazing. Abby is also very good and very relaxed with Mum very friendly and quite lovely. Paula is adorable with mum bringing her cake and settling mum. The other carers I don’t know very well but all very good. Communication between the office and myself is brilliant and prompt. Donna has been great in sorting out extra visits always helpful and accommodating. may I say that you Kirsten are extremely helpful and professional and very empathetic. Thank you'💜
