Working out of for a couple of months while waiting for my home treatment room to be finished! Emma has some totally gorgeous earrings and a stunning collection of on display. Lovely spot to work from- lucky me! Shame my photography skills aren’t up to scratch! Xx

So excited to receive my new Oracle deck by today! I was literally tingling from head to toe when I held the box (when you know you know 😉) and the artwork by is stunning. So much detail 🤩

I drew cards to show 1. The strength I have at this time 2. What is true to my heart (this was reversed meaning extra attention to be noted) 3. My challenge at this time.

Not coincidentally, they reflect a conversation I had with one of my clients on Friday (a fellow light worker). She told me I’m expanding spiritually with very new and exciting things to come. I feel it too and although I’m not sure exactly where the future is, I know it is full of love 💜

I’m so grateful to have the Angels supporting me, particularly the “Lioness of God” helping me through an upcoming stressful couple of weeks 😅💜

PUP-DATE:

Since Ted’s dedicated healing session on Thursday, she’s in and out the house with no problems and today jumped in the car for her walkies with no hesitation at all!!

Such a difference from trying to drag us back in the house with just the sight of the car only a few days ago 💜💜

Now she’s just hanging out in the boot while her Dad’s trying to clean it 💃🙌🏻😇

Today’s client is my very own 4 year old pup, Teddie.

Two house moves in less than 6 months(& a few other things!) have have sadly left T-Bear very unsettled. Anxiety about going out in the dark, the car, out with the dog walker (most likely because it involves a car) and following me everywhere ….

I treat animals very similarly as I would my human clients. I’ve assessed her needs by observing her behaviour and checking her chakras (upper blockages relating to relationships and sense of place within them and her communicator). I created a crystal grid for balance with a focus on gentle but powerful calming (rose quartz, amethyst, lepidolite, smoky obsidian). She received 20 mins of reiki (no more for animals) and finished with a little sound bath to give those upper chakras a little more oomph. Oh and I also called in Archangel Ariel, our beautiful Angel who looks out for our animals 🐶 😇

It’s officially Summer today and officially fair to say, I’m terrible at keeping Insta up-to-date 🫣

March has two birthstones, the most commonly known is aquamarine. However, today I thought I’d share the properties of bloodstone because if you’ve been partying hard for your birthday this month this is the stone for you!

Feeling a bit hungover!? As it’s namesake suggests, this stone is good for your blood. It helps release toxins aids circulation and promotes general overall healing. A bit wobbly on the old legs? This will help to ground you? Feeling a bit emotional, it will help heal your heart chakra too.

Here they are! The crystals I use when I need a bit of extra support when I feel like my hormones are getting the better of me….

Moonstone (peachy) - A feminine stone of inner growth and strength. It helps soothe emotional instability and stress, providing a calmer outlook on life.

Amethyst (clear purple) - A powerful and protective stone with a high vibration. It brings a clearer mind, boosts the mood and promotes comfort, emotional stability and internal balance.

Lepidolite (purple) - My personal favourite crystal for anxiety, lepidolite is a stone of inner peace and tranquillity, helping to combat anxiety and find your centre again.

Labradorite (oily blueish/greenish/brownish!)- A protective crystal with a highly mystical quality. It will deflect unwanted/negative energy from entering your aura as well as reducing stress, insecurities and the need for cravings.

Citrine (yellow) - Carries the power of the sun. A super cleanser and regenerator, providing warmth and positive energy. It raises self esteem, as well as motivates and revitalises the mind.

Crystals are a lovely addition to any self help tool box because they harness the power of the Earth's grounding energy, each with their own individual healing powers.

All you need to do is keep them close by and set your intention for how you would like them to help you.

Hi Everyone,

I've been really quiet here lately and thought I'd share why. BLOODY BRAIN FOG! 🤯

I'm just 39 and have been experiencing perimenopause symptoms for the last 3 years (if not longer), so actually, it's not even peri or early menopause, it's premature. JOY.

Just when I thought I'd started to get to a better place the fog returned like a thick blanket in my head. Thankfully, it was 1/2 term last week so I intentionally didn't have many clients, (which was a blessing because I was really struggling to get my words out). THANKFULLY again, it's starting to get a bit better this week.

BUT if you come to see me, just bear with me if I muddle your name up, my words up, or can't even find the word I'm after! I'm not being rude or stupid, just foggy 🤪

Menopause can be so debilitating and it has so many symptoms it's untrue. The fog is just one of about 10 of mine. It can be embarrassing too.

With that in mind I've got some crystal packs I'll share with you (another time!) to offer emotional support. You can also help yourself with meditation, exercise and eating well, and getting a copy of Menopausing. It's good to read even before symptoms begin.

Hello! It’s my birthday today so thought quite appropriate to post about my birthstone…..

Garnet comes in a variety of colours but red is what it’s best known for.

Red is not my colour at all but interestingly it’s always been the chakra that has needed the most work to help me feel safe, secure and grounded. So it’s not actually surprising that this is my birthstone!

I’m going to start injecting more red into my life and see if I notice any changes….

I feel like I should be ending 2022 with a useful bit of information or wisdom (not from me but one of life's greats! 😆), of which I know I've been really slack with this past month - but I've got to be honest (as I'm sure a lot of you can sympathise with this time of year) my brain is fried!​​​​​​​​

So, in keeping with trying to practice what I preach, I'm taking my Christmas break early this year to allow time to wind down, get organised and enjoy the Christmas spirit (oh and get married!). ​​​​​​​​

Tomorrow I will be doing our annual 'quizmas' with school friends of over 25 years and Monday I will be wrapping to Christmas films while the kids are at school 💚​​​​​​​​

I love a bit of citrine! I use this in so many Crystal Reiki sessions. It's a 'go getter' stone and you can see from its colour it's just buzzing with high energy.

Today is my youngest's 7th Birthday! Like his Mum, he's an absolute animal lover and for his birthday he got a beautiful Western Hermann's tortoise 🐢 ​​​​​​​​

I've been feeling a little overwhelmed recently. Nothing out of the ordinary, just life juggles plus my hormones have been a bit out of whack. Maybe a bit of SAD in there too..... not giving myself enough self-reiki and generally this time of year goes bonkers right!?​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​
Anyway, this is my reminder to you all to take time to SLOW DOWN. Whilst the tortoise is pretty low maintenance compared to the dog, she still needs love and attention so I take regular breaks to see her, and when I'm with her, I instantly chill. She's so fascinating to watch and her slow, relaxed movements are really soothing.​​​​​​​​

I'm not suggesting getting a tortoise but if you are someone who naturally struggles to allow yourself time to slow down, is there something you can bring into your life which will force you in to doing that? Just a thought.... ​​​​​​​​

When I was in primary school learning about the World Wars, in my head they seemed so far back in history the timeline wasn't even comprehendible. Now, as I'm approaching 39 and my life has passed in a blink it's crazy to think that World War 2 only ended 39 years before I was born....​​​​​​​​

The emotion of this one has taken me by surprise! Today is my Bobpa's birthday - 89 years young and I love him so, so much. ​​​​​​​​

I feel that ageing is a privilege but doesn't change how hard it is to see the ones you love deteriorate before your eyes. ​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​
After a stroke and long-covid with COPD, he's not the man he was, on the outside at least. But this amazing man who has been such a big part of my life was the catalyst to me becoming a Reiki Practitioner. It was all so that I could send Reiki to him to help him with his sleep, his balance, his cough. I will sit in the evening and send it to him and he always says how peaceful he feels. ​​​​​​​​

So thankful for my Bobpa and for Reiki. ​​​​​​​​

For all you mumma's out there. I hear you, I see you, I feel you. ​​​​​​​​

I pretty much didn't sleep for about 3.5 years with 2 babies very close in age and food allergies, reflux, colic, separation anxiety, etc etc. I loved them to pieces but some days felt like torture from the physical pain of sleep deprivation.​​​​​​​​

I would have given ANYTHING (and believe me I tried a lot of stuff) for some sleep, or if that wasn't on offer some energy and resilience to be able to cope.​​​​​​​​
​​​​​​​​
In my experience with babies, we've either been able to help the babies sleep better, or in all cases at least given the mums the extra strength needed to be able to cope better.​​​​​​​​

Just remember mummies, that days seem long but the years are short. The sleep deprivation will pass. Enjoy the middle of the night cuddles while they last x ​​​​​​​​
