📣Attention Men of Sele!📣
We want to know what kind of physical activity and mental wellbeing sessions you’d like to attend.
💡Perhaps you’ve always wanted to try a circuits class?
💡Or you like your physical activity to be based outdoors in the garden?
💡Would you benefit from a session that has a greater focus on your mental health?
By letting us know what kinds of activities you’d enjoy participating in, we can endeavour to introduce similar sessions within your neighbourhood.
Comment below, DM, or send us an email ([email protected]) to share your ideas.

Social time is an important element of our sessions. A time for you to just relax and chat. Drinks and biscuits are included in the cost of the class. I always have a choice of squash, coffee, tea or fruit teas. If I know you have dietary requirements, then I’ll make sure I’ve got suitable drinks and biscuits for you. On special occasions I usually have hot chocolate too! My Hertford venue even has a fancy pod coffee machine, so you get a nice coffee, biscuits and a baby signing class - all for less than a Starbucks!
Do you know how to get to the Hub? Our lovely facility is based within Sele Farm itself, so if you're having any problems locating us - this handy video will guide you from the Fleming Crescent shops.
