Excited for to play with this boy over the next week or so. You have to love your subjects and not feel demotivated or bored by them... if it's animal related, it'll have my undivided attention!

This Zebra was such a favourite!

In Africa, often is the big five you hope you see, but with each visit, there was one animal that was sure to bring smile to my face - Zebras. Often with their babies in tow, their distinctive call and a scar or two on the hindlegs telling you they have a story or two to tell.

A weekend off from drawing, I'm excited to show you my next wildlife subject later this week.

World Elephant Day 🐘

One of the happiest memories of my life, traveling around Africa. I was blessed whilst in Kenya to visit . Seeing all the beautiful orphaned baby Elephants play with their keepers and one another filled my heart. Such brutal stories of why they became orphaned, and the incredible work that goes into each rescue.

These majestic friendly giants, let's safeguard them anyway we can... why not donate to this Charity today?

This lovely girl was opened by her mum on Christmas morning. Tears at the surprise of having her to look at and treasure back at home where she belongs. 🐕

Horse power

A lifetime of dogs and horses. Two of the most beautiful relationships a human can experience.

I had endless loves with both animals, but I only got lucky a few times have that crazy special insync bond.
I always dreamt of having a Friesian... One day in 2009, this youngster called Jack came into my life, he was the inspiration behind this piece... handsome boy. He always kept me safe, I'd never known such a dependable 5 year old. He went into my book of 'the greats'! 🐴

Feet up working on this Staffy "Gem" today as a surprise for her owner. Sadly Gem past away suddenly whilst her owners were on holiday, worst fears for every owner that.

Rest in peace beautiful I'm loving this time spent looking at every detail of you!
